በረቂቅ ህግ ላይ አስተያየት እንዲሰጥ
የጤና ሚኒስቴር ከኢትዮጰያ ምግብ እና መድኃኒት ባለስልጣን ጋር በጋራ በመሆን ተላላፊ ላልሆኑ በሸታዎች አጋላጭ ከሆኑት ውስጥ የታሸጉ ምግብ ምርቶች መያዝ የሚገባቸውን የምግብ ንጥረ-ነገር ለመቆጣጠር የሚያስችል ረቂቅ አዋጅ የተዘጋጀ በመሆኑ በረቂቁ ላይ አስተያየት ለመስጠት የሚፈልግ ማንኛውም ሰው ከባለስልጣኑ ድረ-ገጽ የተጫነውን ረቂቅ ህግ በማውረድ የፅሁፍ አስተያየታችሁን ይህ ማስታወቂያ በባለስልጣኑ ድረ-ገፅ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት አስራ አምስት(15)ቀናት ውስጥ ቦሌ ክፍለ ከተማ፣አፍሪካ ጎዳና ቦሌ ሸዋ ዳቦ ፊትለፊት ኦሜዳድ ህንፃ ቀጥሎ በሚገኘው የባለስልጣኑ መስሪያ ቤት የህግ አገልግሎት የስራ ክፍል ቢሮ 11ኛ ህንፃ በአካል በመቅረብ፣በፅሁፍ ወይም በኢ-ሜይል አድራሻ contactefda@efda.gov.et ወይም fyosef@efda.gov.et በፖስታ ቁ. 5681 እንድትልኩ በአክብሮት ጥሪ ያስተላልፋል፡፡

Call for Public Comment on the Draft Regulation
The Ministry of Health, in collaboration with the Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority has prepared a draft proclamation that enables the control of food nutrients contained in packaged food products contributing to non-communicable diseases.
Any interested individual or organization wants to provide comments on this draft proclamation may download the document from the Authority’s official website and submit written feedback within consecutive fifteen (15)days from the date this notice is posted on the website in person at the EFDA Legal Service Directorate, located at Bole Sub-city, Africa Avenue, opposite Bole Showa Dabo, next to Omedad Building, building No. 11, or sent via email to contactefda@efda.gov.et or fyosef@efda.gov.et P.O. Box 5681.
